Hi just a tidbit I read last night on chlorella and cilantro. Take your chlorella 30 min before cilantro. That puts the chlorella in the small intestine where it will do the most good. (I guess the cilantro works pretty fast) I hadn't been doing this.
I make a salsa, but am going to try the pesto and vary it.
My recipe is:
handful of fresh cilantro
2-3 clove garlic (depending on size and how spicy you like)
half an apple (cored but not peeled) my son doesnt like tomatoes
either tsp honey or dust of stevia
Optional depending on whats in fridge: small roma tomato, half a cucumber, celery, grapes, etc.
blend together, keeps a couple days in fridge. I also add sliced almonds in with it, just what I'm eating that day.
We have ours with natural tortilla chips or a large spoonful on brown rice. I also have used in place of salad dressing. All I have to add now is chlorella 30 mins prior :)
Ps. I have only seen chlorella in small pill form. Im trying to avoid the drug chelation. Will retest next month and see how much mercury is left from diet alone.
