Cool, thanks for the info. I checked his site and it seems he offers a type of metabolic-typing diet encouraging high animal protein and low carb/grains. It's just a whole paradigm I'm not into but that's just me. Anywhere and anyway that we can learn more about health is good and it will lead us to what is right for US (even tho we may not all agree).
Interesting you note you feel that eating healthy cost money. I wonder what you eat (think it's probably actually pretty healthy) and what you think are those 'costly' good foods?
