Try reducing the fat amount and see how you feel but as you do increase fruit intake (presuming organic choices). Avocado is excellent but not 6 a day like many initial raw foodists do (as it seeks to fill the void of heavy food addiction) LOL.

Raw olives can be good too if you have a decent source. Many people eat way to many nuts and seeds. Fruit is the obvious natural choice for the bulk of our sustainance.
They dangle on the trees and bushes as a natural "gift" of consciousness, where as othher food supplies take more work to gather and are less "attractive." One may find a few nuts and seeds along the way but fruit (in appropriate regions) is pletniflu and obvious. Leafy greens next. See how this is a natural expression?

Raw living foods are a natural fit.
