im a little worried

About a year and a half ago my gf gave me oral sex, she had a coldsore at the time. I was ignorant at the time and she said she kissed ppl and nothing happened to them. She kissed me and i haven't had any problems with my lips, however 1-2 weeks after this happened i had little black dots on my penis on the end of the shaft and head. These little black dots got slightly bigger. I had no blisters or liqued filled bumps, but just these little scabs that kinda grew very slightly. I know that you get scabs during herpes after the blisters erupt, but i dont think you just grow scabs. I went to the doctor who said it is quite possibly herpes. He said that it was at the end of the outbreak, however the "end" looked quite similar to the beginning. I took a blood test but did not receive a call back. My gf keeps reasurring me that she has a friend with type 1 and mine dont look like it at all. The dots are maybe one mm in diameter. She says im allergic to a condom or something like that, however i am still stressing. They are not particularly painfull maybe mindly itchy, however the first time they were quite painfull. Finally I asked the doctor and he said if just one grow its probably irritation. Today i had an out break of two of these little dots on the opposite ends of the penis.
