I am so happy to hear that the garlic has worked for you! :) Please keep it up and let us know. I have yet to have an OB since I started taking it every day. I usually have at least 1 clove after each meal. I also have some in the morning (maybe 1/2 clove) after/during my morning water. They say to not take it on an empty stomach, but it doesn't bother me so far. I'd say my average is 5 or 6 cloves per day.
Also, I have heard that crushing it activates one of the chemicals which is good for you. To me, this means that slowly pulverizing it with your teeth is better than swallowing whole cloves.
For you, it might be helpful to chew it up with a little water in your mouth and then lick your lips and mouth. Is that what you are doing?
The tingling has mostly left for me, but there are still a few lightning bolts here and there. Never too bad though since the raw garlic regiment began.
