Is the shocking painful? Is it expensive? How often do you have to do it and what kind of equipment is needed? What are the dangers associated with it?

Is there anyone here who has actually used this treatment successfully? I've read where people have had reduced occurences, but not cures. I'd really like to hear testimonials from people who have been cured for at least 5 years or more. All of the advice throughout Curezone on how to get rid of it is encouraging, but it would really be encouraging to hear first hand accounts from those with whom the advice has actually worked. I know a cure is possible, just want to hear a first-hand account.
