Re: Herpes I or II or Whatever---KILL IT this way

Such things have been tried with NO success with me.

I love my zapper but it is not a cure-all for anything much less herpes. I have actually found that heavy zapping sessions can make an outbreak worse as it causes a DUMP off all the parasites and toxins into the blood which hampers the immune system.
my zapper has both casued outbreaks when I didn;t have them and made outbreaks linger for a longer period of time.

I take cayenne and garlic and lots of other nutrients, aminos, vitamins every day and there is still the occassional outbreak.

I believe that raw garlic weekly/daily combined with linus pauling influenced vitamin c therapy has helped me the most.

When I keep up that regiment and stay away from acidic foods, beverages, alcohol, sugar, my OB's are non-existent.

PS- be weary of any "CUREALL's". There AREN'T any as of yet! Plus, there are many different types of HSV virus. They are all called "HSV-1" and HSV-2" but research suggests that there are various mutations within. One person could theoretically have a gnarlier version of the disease than someone else..
