Thank you Bill for the word on that specialist. I will try contacting them. I wish their was someone in America or Europe, but I'll take what I can get. It's a horrible thought to think you have to be confined to herpes chat rooms for dating after having a healthy love life previously. Also, I don't buy into the whole Terri Web Md phenomenon. She is just about providing very basic information.
Bay 57 looks promising, but why if in 2002 if it was successful did they stop the clinical trials? The Conspiracy theory doesn't make much sense since Glaxo-Smith makes Valtrex and this drug was put out by Bayer. Their seems to be no way to take it as a daily suppressive currently--200 bux for 6 pills. And Bill since you seem the educated one on the board, do you know of any anti viral gel on the market know that works and has clinical data supporting it? The FDA may approve some if you've been reading but that appears at least 2 years off.
I know you mentioned some type of anti viral formula that you can apply once, what is it? Is there any clinical support? My symptoms are very mild, I got it wearing a condom, I just don't want to transmit it to someone.
