Weird outbreaks in different places? Is it HSV II

I think I may have HSV II not sure. I did the culture swab twice and both came back negative. Here is the thing I have itching in 2 different places, both of them appear at different times. I never have any blisters just itching and it lasts for like 3-4 days at the most. I never even have any prodrone symptoms. Hmm...what could it be? Tweet
