What type of Vic C is best?

I have had much advice from Owen, regarding taking mega doses of Vic for suspect liver cancer, however, before I go and stock up, does anyone know of the best kind of Vit C to buy and can recommend a good supplier in the UK?

I believe powder/crystals is better than tablets.
