Hi, thanks for the info. I too dont want anyone to suffer like this as we both know what it is like. I have even thought about going to med school and so forth just cause of this. As for health, not any big problems (lol). About three years ago i did, health went to hell, I burst out basically with health problems. All around the same time too. It was second year of university and i went on a cruise and came back with an ingrown toe nail infected and purple. I thought i might loose my toe. Got it taken care of and no problem since. Then.... something caught in my tear duct most probably from my part time job (dirty factory). One year of hell with an eye constantly watering and me too afraid to be put out for surgery so i suffered longer then normal. Came to the point where it was that or nothing so got that taken care of. I actually walked out on the first surgery before it took place because my doctor lied to me and said he wasnt going to put me out. Then my lips and nose after those problems cured up. Couldnt breath through nose and lips went to hell. Took time to get taken care of because of school. Nose is fine now (septorhinoplasty three months ago) and just lips are left. Three years of hell, but i am more then happy that only my lips are left. Some luck huh. When i write this i laugh to my self because of all the problems i have had. All i wish for is the day when i an normal again. Thats all. Just to be normal with no health problems. I sometimes think i was born to suffer. I have no problems with skin though, no bumpy skin, dandruff, little Acne
(from work i think - dirty env.) but it is gone for the most part, no oily or dry skin, few blackheads on nose like most people, digestion is great, not depressed, fatigue was a problem but not now that school is done, dehydration at night sometimes, frequent urination (yes), no hair loss, male.
Diet - morning - cereal grapefruit cantelope coffee (tea makes lips bad)
lunch - sandwich (turkey chicken ham) apple pear kiwi carrots yogurt
dinner- varies - mostly meats with salad or pasta no fish ever
i actually dont get any omega 3 as i have now figured out
