Re: new

Basically this is what is so difficuilt about this method, when you first start leaving your lips alone they attach themselves violently and are really hard to get off without peeling them off raw. After a few months they are eaier to get off.One off the improvements after time,(months)is that you can peel the skin off slightly easier, it's hard to explain,I would cut the edge off with small scissors and then the bit next to it would disslodge it'self slowly so you can peel it off gradually. Yes, if you try to peel it off in one go in like 2 minutes then you will peel the skin off making it completely raw. I have been doing this for about 2 years and I can see an improvement, I have not done anything about my top lip because you can't really see the bad bits and I still bite it off, if I leave that then it scabs up real quick. For my bottom lip it takes about 2 weeks to get to the stage the top lip does in about 3 days. As I said in my first post this method will probably take years but bit by bit they will get better. Will power is the key and you have to be patient and probably make sacfrifices like I have, I haven't been near a girl for years and it's not like I have had the oppurtunity - my lips have got to come first! - all you can do is try. My lips are no way healed but they have made an improvement so I must be doing something right - right!
