Hi,
I am not sure if u r still visiting the forum. But the condition which u have
described(about cleaning teeth) is very much similar to mine. I make sure that during shower my lips does not get wet and when I spit, I do it through the teeth.
I have been suffering form this problem from many many years. Incase if u have found a cure to this, pl let me know.
