Do you have a list of symptoms that help you figure out whether or not you get the right amount of each mineral? For instance I am currently balancing omega 3 fats with omega 6 fats-if I get too much 03 fat my lips get dry and if I get too much 06 fat my lips are good but my face is a bit red. Do you see these types of symptoms going on to help alert you when you have too much of one mineral? I know that each mineral is balanced with its opposing mineral(s), so maybe there is a way to tell.
What brand of potassium salt do you use and why not just take potassium supplements? I bought some "Nu Salt" and took it yesterday. I think my lips are little more moist but its hard to tell because I have good and bad days. But I can say that it has made my bowel movements less wet/watery. You see I take magnesium to help me sleep and it makes my bowels loose/watery. The potassium seems to be fixing that.
What brands calcium and zinc do you recommend?
