Wow, thats great to have such clear indications for balancing the minerals. Is this something that you think is universal-the eye changes etc? Or do they think they just apply to you and that everyone has their own indications for mineral deficiencies?
I dont have clear cut breakouts, mostly just seb derm, dry skin patches and blackheads, so I guess I have to find my personal clues. But I would like to know about how you notice a difference in stools with the various minerals. I assume that magnesium will always make stools more loose and watery. Does the calcium dry up the stools like the potassium or should I be looking for something different? I really like the idea of getting the clues to help balance, otherwise I feel lost and confused with supplements.
You didnt mention any more details about the "taste test" you mentioned earlier, or which brands you recommend. Im going to the suppment store tomorrow and would really like to know, I've tried a few calcium type but dont think I was absorbing them.
