YOu are a wealth of info. I think you should start a "mineral balance" forum. It would great to hear of others' experiements and observations.

I just started taking a fulvic mineral drink, which is probably complicating things. Before I started it, I was trying out the different minerals and although I thought I might be seeing some things here and there I was having a lot of inflammation and insomnia, so I eased up a bit. Now the combo of seperate minerals plus fulvic mineral are doing me well but I still have tons of health issues.
Maybe you can help me, if you have the time.

Here are my symptoms and observations thus far:

insomnia-helped by magnesium. Made worse with any antioxidant, vitamin C, and selenium, omega 3 fatty acids, chocolate and dairy.
dry skin, peeling lips, peeling feet, cracked lips-helped by omega 6 fatty acids (GLA, sunflower) and maybe potassium. Made worse by beans,stevia, most herbs, dark green vegetables, any type of omega 3 oil (which maybe why the vegetables cause problems)
acne, oily skin, blackheads, dandruff and seb dermatitis-helped by omega 6 fatty acids. made worse by oleic acid (olive oil any food or nut with high oleic content),
inflammation, red face (I can see red capillaries in skin and Acne leaves small red broken capillaries) cant tell what helps or what makes this worse which is the big problem.
Skin that scars from acne-less scaring when I take omega 6 fats, more scaring when I eat omega 3 or a lot of veggies.
hypoglycemia-helped by selenium, ACV. think maybe made worse with zinc.
hyperglycemia (my blood Sugar goes high before it goes low) helped by omega 6, primrose oil and ACV.
hair growth on chin (Im a female)-made worse with zinc, and episodes of hypoglycemia.

Also history of fibroids.

Obviously I have some issues =). The insomnia, dry skin, Acne and Acne scaring concern me the most right now. The evening primrose oil and sunflower oil have helped soo much with all my issues so I suspect that I might be missing a mineral involved in fatty acid metabolism.

I have kept very detailed notes over the past four years whilst trying different supplements, diets and health regimines only to have my head spin. The acu-cell site is by far the best lead I've had so far, Im so glad you posted about it. I still need to take some notes and study it more to really start to understand. Your comments have been wonderful to read and I will be adding those to my notes too.
