oooo oily tho... hmmm... do you ahve a good acid rinse? You should not be using conditioner, you should be rinsing your hair, the kind that takes out static cling and frizzies.

To reduce oil output somewhat, next time you have a vacation - or can wear hats - go as long as you can without a wash. That will tell the scalp that it doesn't need to make as much oil to replace what gets washed off. Oily hair people get into a vicious cycle - wash because of oil, more oil because of frequent washing.
