Sorry to jump in on this thread, but Shelly said something that struck a chord.

This is true! A couple of months ago I decided to give up my daily shampoo for the use of a 100% Natural Shampoo bar - Hemp oil, ACV etc. At first my hair was *really* greasy as the shampoo bar wasn't washing off the grease - it was horrible. But after a few weeks it is absolutely great. Basically what I was doing before was washing all the grease off. My hair would end up dry as dust - it was horrible to manage. My body was compensating by producing a tonne of grease. Now however my body has adapted and doesn't produce the grease in the first place.
I've always had really bad fly-away hair. Not anymore! Now it has plenty of hold and no dirtiness.
