Hi Shelly. I have been for a while taking perfect food. i noticed you said it had wheat in it. on the bottle it says no gluten and there is always gluten in wheat. when i called GOL(before i even knew of curezone)they said even with my allergies i could take it and not be worried.
i was told wheat grass wasn't the same as wheat so i could have it.
