I've been trying to get on the alkaline side for a while but apparently I'm too on the toxic side. I recently tried The Master Cleanse to help me get in fast but I had way too much problem with heartburn so I had to quit.
I can't even drink water without heartburn.
I've tried adding in things like coconut oil and apple cider vinegar to my regular diet and those also make me sick. I don't believe its regular detox symptoms, I just think I am detoxing too much.
How long can it take and does anyone have any tips on getting alkaline a little slower?
