Chicken, Corn and Egg, Alkalizing Conflicts

CHICKEN AND EGGS

Robert O. Young, Ph.D., has the Ash pH for Chcken and eggs at -18 to -22, for the value of turning acidic. Soy nuts by comparison are +26.5, Basic.

God's Direct Contact website has eggs and Chicken Breasts as Alkalizing

Balch, in Alkolosis, lists Eggs and Poultry as Acid Forming Foods.

CORN

Young does not list Corn in his Acid/Alakilinelist, except Coprn Oil as -6.5. Young gives references for Yeast and Fungal presence in Corn, and suggests that consumption of Corn is a source of potential human and animal health problems.

Balch has Corn as an Alkiline forming food. God's Direct has Fresh Corn as Alkalizing
