Varying Alkaline Food Lists


This Subject Title better charactrizes this thread.

I have copied all lists into this post, so it is easy to copy from one post.

There are various ways to determine whether a food will have an alkaline effect upon the body, after digestion. One way is to reduce the food to ash, and see what the alkalinity of the Ash is. I am not sure what other methods of evaluation are used. personal experience I guess could be on other method.
