Hello and welcome!! I do believe most of my problems come from poor digestion. I have anxiety troubles, suffered with constipation before I started taking powdered vitamin C, Natural Calm, New health liver rejuvenator, and DSF from Nutri West?? Anyways, I find it increasingly difficult to eat a proper diet as alot of cooked or raw vegetables, give me horrible bloat and colicky pains. I have no medical insurance so tests are out of the question. I have always been told it is irritable bowel period. Problem is if I eat less of the refined foods, I am absolutely starving all the time. Actually I am starving all the time now and I don't know why. It causing weight gain. It seems I can't get it all to work properly, I get gassy, I get sharp pains, I am almost always bloated. Not to mention no energy, I am absolutely blahh all the time which has my relationship with my bf in serious trouble as I no longer act like the same person. I cannot tolerate heat at all so excercising is hard as when I start to heat up I feel like I am going to vomit. My thyroid has been checked and all is ok with it according to the doctors, and upon inspecting the test myself it seems most everything is in the middle of normal. I cannot tolerate moderate amounts of garlic or onions without serious upset tummy or vomiting. My problem is finding something I can stick with, something that will keep me full. I also have vertigo, lightheadedness, general overall unwell feeling. I believe I may be hypoglycemic, but the book I bought although it outlines an eating plan unfortunately it incorporates many things I cannot stnad to eat (such as plain yogurt) and I am at a loss for substitutions.
