hehehehe....I've experienced the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) 20 mornings in a row. I don't stray far from the bathroom for about 2 hours after drinking it down. After about 15 minutes I will have the first BM and the others come flushing through over the next hour and 45 minutes. The timing has been very consistant as has the result.

You are one of the folks who can apparently handle the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with relative ease. I am the same and the only things about it that bothers me at all is the stretch it puts on my stomach after pouring it in. 32 oz of fluid is a real stretch. Wonder if that is where you got the sick feeling.
