I'm planning to use the cleanse to trasition to all raw vegan. I think it's a great way to go, I've spent several years researcing raw and cooked vegan literature. I was supposed to start the fast last week, but decided to wait until after our June trip to the in-laws and maybe do a longer cleansing fast.

I really think the most natural thing, if raw is what you want, is go to that, not cooked, especially since your body is saying it doesn't want that.
