Re: Political Question for Christians

On moral issues I tend to be pretty conservative, I follow what the Bible teaches about issues like sex outside of marriage, sanctity of life and ethical behavior. However, I often find myself labeled liberal on political issues where the welfare of people are concerned. I am not a big believer in big business being all powerful and the answer to our problems. I don't think our faith necessarily reflects our politics. I've heard more than one preacher say you couldn't call your self a Christian if you voted for a Democrat.....but guess what? :) (and I still am a Christian, not because of my politics, but because Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior) Tweet
