I read about people on their 3-5th day of P&B shakes and all the MP they release. . .I have released about 1 foot in total - 4 weeks apart - been on P&B shakes for 2 months now - I know the "black gold" is in there - yuck! When on the paragone - I got rid of soooo much! But every BM was loose (watery) and foul smelling and full of bits and pieces. . .ewe.
Now on the 5 day break between paragone - taking colosan daily - not watery , but soft stools. . . I started more OO (Olive-Oil) and more Bentonite in the P&B shakes - as per GMS - but also read that the OO (Olive-Oil) can be hard on the liver? Is this true? Is is safe for me to do the OO (Olive-Oil) while on the break, 'cause the break from paragone is to give theliver break, yes?
Yet, GMS did the OO while on paragone - that seems to be the factor that he added that some of us (also on first course paragone) did not.
While on Paragone - I lost 6 pounds! I just felt soo full all the time. . . I had to force myself to eat and I am on low carb/low dairy/no flour/multi fiber way of eating - (yes, I admit it, I eat white cheese)- now I can afford to lose weight, no doubt about that.
I also did a lot of skin brushing - and cannot get over how GOOD I feel after I do a good brushing! The whole time on Paragone, I was sooooo itchy, all over - and even though it IS winter, this was beyond winter dry skin!
So anyone have any comments on the OO and liver? Oh, one more question. . . .I have seen specific products for plaque removal - are these any better than P&B shakes - I CAN have patience. . . I also don't want to continue spending on any products that might be redundant to what I already have!
Sorry for the long post. . . I jsut want to make certain I am understanding all I can do, and what I should avoid.
