Does everyone get organic fruit from a healthfood store, or just fruit from the grocery store? I know organic fruit is better, but I am not rich and can't afford that expensive fruit constantly in the winter when there is no local farmer's market open.
How about Olive oil? Is it okay to use the kind off the shelf? Shoprite brand or something?
promised myself I would start an organic garden this year. (I'll let you know how green my thumb is if I get veggies from them).
