New Question for knowledgable PTree, please!!!

Dear Ptree and other experts, could you help me, please!!!
Do you know whather systematic Candida which is present in intestines, mouth and vagina has to be trated separately???
Or ones it is treated with all the antifungals, clensing etc. it
is swept away from the other parts of the body or special things should be taken for vagina, for example to get rid of thrush???
