Hi Carl, it`s always amazing to hear from people around the world, having experiences like that. Now, because there are very seldomly helpful informations or teachings that can define or explain our individual experiences, it might be helpful to ask your own inner teacher or protecting angel or whoever might give you spiritual advice and has your permission to do so. If you are Christian it might be Jesus. If you have any other religion it might be the spiritual leader of your faith. For me it is the Inner Master that I found when I asked for help. I was atheist than and didn´t belive that there should be anyone like that at all. But it doesn´t hurt to ask if you ask with your protecting force beside you. Be shure, that there will be an answer. And there is far more to come to realize when you begin to ask. For me it was helpful when I heard about a sound called HU (it can be sung like "hjuu"). I realized (at least for me) that this has to do with the location of "my inner self" within my body. My inner self is "Soul" which is my real self (me as soul).
