Hi and Thanks for the input...

I used powered gel caps. In other words gel caps filled with powder. The powder didn't
mix well with any liquid but somehow I think I got all of the 3,600 mg down. Still no
results. But then they can hide. I purchased three bottles so have two to go. Next time
I will try the flax oil with it...thanks, ae
