Re: Coq10

Hi, CoQ10 is natural, it is found in food such as liver and other organ meats and some vegetables. Whenever I am unsure of a product that I've never heard of, I type in the keyword, and hit "search".
I've risen from my ignorance of health since I've been on the internet and Curezone, because I learn About new products and then I go surfing and check them out, and then I go to the health food store.
Yesterday I bought PARA-FORCE, a parasite cleanse combination. I recognized all ingredients except one. "OptiMSM(methylsulfonylmethane)" When I typed in the keyword and searched, there were many websites that explained that it was a natural form of sulfur.
So if you check out CoQ10, you'll find that it is safe. It works in combination with fish oil or flax seed oil.
