Thanks Ocean, I'm pretty adventurous but I think I would preffer to use a tincture that has no alcohol in it especially in my nasal passages. I'm glad you pointed out the alcohol content to me.
In the maintime, I've been eating (blending several oranges, apples, grape fruits) and just drinking. I noticed, I have alot less phlegm. I also did 1:5 lemon juice to distiled water and that brought out so much gunk I did this prior to the juicing. I beleive I read the lemon and h2o snooting in one of the articles from www.doctorwithin.com (or is it thedoctorwithin...I don't recall).
I am also doing the vegies blended and just drink it. Will try this meal for the next one week including water of cours. Will keep you posted on result.
