Re: Good for you, Tim....
I used to be skeptical of the
Liver Flushes too, but after having read everything I could about them, as well as as much info as I could find about functioning of the digestive system and the liver, gallbladder, gallstones, bile, etc, as well as the chemistry involved, my own experiences with doing flushes, and the experiences of others, I've pretty much become convinced that they DO actually work, and that the stones ARE
Gallstones and
liver stones , and CANNOT possibly be undigested olive oil like some people believe. I'd like to see some studies done on them, but I doubt that will happen any time soon since studies take a lot of money. However, based on what I've read (and I've read A LOT), the arguments FOR the
Liver Flush are much more convincing to me than the arguements against it. Curezone has a lot of good info about this.
Actually I started both the
Liver Flushes and peroxide about a year ago, but I gave up on the peroxide after getting to about three drops a day, because the detox was so severe! However, I continued with the
Liver Flushes and did about 8 of them in four or five months. At that point, I was feeling better, but developed an intolerence to doing the flushes (I couldn't even think about them without gagging or vomiting), so instead I started doing the peroxide again, and found I could tolerate it much better than before. After a few months of the peroxide, my health is even better! I only started doing the flushes again recently, but my health has continued to improve even more since I started doing them again. I don't know for sure, but I feel that BOTH are helpful. I feel that perhaps the two therapies compliment each other.
