Well, here it is...the first day in a new lifestyle for me. I want to leave behind all of the horrible eating habits I have had in the past. I have really been wanting a change and I think this is a great way to start off my healthier eating habits! I definately need to lose weight, but also just want to use this as a way to break away from the cycle I was on, and when I come off of my cleanse to maintain a much healthier diet.
I planned this to start with the tea last night, so I could have the weekend at home for my body to get use to the change. I had the tea again this morning , but this time let it get a little stronger because it didnt seem to effect me too much. Had some BM's but nothing extreme.
I have had 3 lemonades so far, and all seems to be well so far, although I have a feeling day 2 and 3 will get tougher.
Anyone else just starting?
Or have advice for a first timer?
I am dreading trying the salt water flush tommorrow, do people really do that every day? Or do you do the tea morning and night?
