Day two is going well for me too .. I'm using yesterday's success as motivation for today :)
I started doing the p&b shakes from the day before day 1 although most people say to do the Master-Cleanse a few days first. Personally I've been having good BMs (I had no idea how exciting it would be!) and I feel soooo cleansed. I feel like I'm really getting out all the built up gunk out of my bowel. I've decided to try two shakes today and see how my body reacts - if I become constipated I will cut back.
I'm not sure what's "normal" but if you feel like what you're doing now isn't working, it makes sense to change it a bit and see how that goes :)
