I have started the P&B Shakes 6 days ago. I have a terrible time digesting the shakes. Right now I am using Yerba Primas Bentonite and Psyllium. I get only one BM, in the morning after drinking coffee. I am taking 3 - 5 shakes/day but I am so backed up. I try to eat light and I drink A LOT of water, yet I am gaining too much weight. What gives? I tried using Yerba Primas Fiber Plus but it has Senna in it and I think that is a laxative. I want to stay away from any laxatives because I believe some of my problems (bloating, diarrhea) stem from chronic laxative use (to ease the bloating after every meal) I guess I now have weak peristalsis, how can I improve it? I also can't stand the weight gain, I keep hearing everyone LOSING weight. I have to be doing something wrong. Now I am also wondering if I should be continuing the shakes, I haven't seen anything different, I still have extremely loose stools with lots of undigested and no mucoid plaque. Any ideas?
