What's the best starting position for enema?

Hello there, I am planning my first enema tomorrow, but after reading about the procedures i'm a little confused with the position to use when starting the enema. Do you begin with lying on your back or knee-chest position? I did check the enema site here on curezone, one of the coffee enema article says lie on your right, but another says begin with lying on your left! Can anyone tell me which is the best position to take? Much appreciated! Tweet
