Re: Psyllium-only cleansing--how do I start?

Hey, I'm a cheap college kid too and planning to begin the psyllium and Bentonite shake deal myself this coming weekend. I was just going to mention that I ordered a couple things- including Yerba Prima (brand) Pysllium Husk Powder 12 oz. for $5.37- at House of Nutrition Online.com There is an across the board shipping fee of $5.50 but it's one of the better online bargains I could find- and if you're getting more than one thing I believe it's a decent deal.
