Hi I'm new and have just started parasite and bowel cleanse and think i spotted a parasite & other things?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and have been reading these posts for a while. I have been having problems with general bad health - allergies e.g. rashes & hives, IBS, probably candida, backache etc and more recently a pain in my left shoulder/arm and stiffness in my upper chest area - the Doctor has been no help. I'm hoping that by doing the cleanses I can get better and also do the liver cleanse (my cholesterol is a bit high).
I started using Clarkia on Friday 19th and started the P&B shakes on Sunday and yesterday I managed three. I thought it would take a while to for them to work but this morning I had the urge to go and sorry to be gross, but I had a large bowel movement and saw a small egg shape looking thing in it - could it be a parasite, and also some dark green found smelling stuff, but also what looked like green pebbles. It scared the hell outta me - and I'm wondering whats to come?
Has anyone else had a similar experience? and what is the round green things? is that mucoid plaque??

Would be grateful for any advice
