Re: Day five begins on this P&B shakes cleanse

Hi,
I've been taking 2 P&Bs (today is day 6) and up until this morning only having two bms per day. Woke up with funny sensations in my stomach and had to go three times and like yours they are dark green and sink (and mine smell and have parasites in them. I was going to increase to 3 P&Bs but I'll see how the rest of the day goes.
My skin is breaking out am I'm getting headaches, but Im hoping this means the toxins are leaving my body.
