Re: Colosan cleansing

the usual cleanse using colosan is exactly what you are doing
for 7 days, one week.

after that drop to ONE dose on ONE day per week as a maintenance

ie" like every saturday take only 1 tsp in the morning or evening,
your preference,
with the usual instructions concerning before or after a meal.

then nothing more for the next 6 days,
then repeat ( on the maintenance of one day a week only)

unless you were going to do a liver flush,
which of course you would then do a dose between 1-3 days before a flush , and a dose 1-3 days after a flush,
(but not DURING a flush )

i think colosan is great also. btw

don't attach to colosan use ..the things
folks look for in other cleanses..
colosan deteriorates and disintegrates and putrifies old fecal matter, so you will not see *dark old black *ropes etc *
it liquidifies waste product,
so it would be hard to assume you are going to see well formed
stools when taking a product that turns waste into liquid
*giggle *
i think you have done well, pat yourself on back , and goto maintenance.
maybe in 3 months at the next seasonal change
you might wish to do an other full weekof colon down cleansing
then back to maintenace. ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
