I started the pre-cleanse on Monday. I've tried to cut my portions size down by a third each day as recommended, but am really struggling and cheating. Since my last Liver Flush a few weeks ago I have been craving sugary things and been out of control. Today is day 3 on the pre-cleanse and tomorrow I move on to taking the shakes. I have already done a 3 day liquid (fruit/veg) fast and did not get hungry although I was craving for things, so I think the 5 day cleanse should be okay. I have been mixing the drink with apple juice and hot water as I find that hot drinks fill u up quicker.
