How may digestive stimulator tablets did u take? If you have diareah (spelling?) you should cut down or take them at different times during the day.

Was your bm dry or compacted? Was the blood very red? When I was constipated I saw blood in my stool and on the tissue, it was very red and fresh, but came from me straining because the stool was dry and compacted.

If the blood is dark in colour or looks old you should probably see a doctor.

You are probably doing this already, but make sure you take the drinks with enough water/apple juice and its better if its slightly warm, and follow up with a glass of warm water.

I am by no means an experts and my advice is just based on personal experience, but I know when I saw blood in my stool I was worried.
