Re: I'll give you my take on what you are saying, for what it's worth....

I definately agree with you. I tried P&B, got a little bit of mucoid plaque and some parasites and got constipated. Tried Oxypowder and what came out was what I had recently eaten, it also irritates my stomach. Maybe it would have worked if I had fasted?

I had wondrous results with blessed herbs! I will probably do another cleanse in six months time. I think the digestive tabs really help as well because they stop the bm from drying out and causing the problems you get with the P&B shakes.

My only afterthought is that I wish I had mixed the shakes with caproil (caprylic acid and olive oil) as I have heard that the psyllium ensures that the caproil coats the entire bowel walls and really helps to kill off the candida and the pulls it off the bowel walls.

I am currently taking psyllium (to help with regularity and lower cholesterol, and because it takes some of the bile out with it), but I mix it with juiced ginger (to prevent gas and bloating) and add olive oil (until my caproil and liquid Bentonite order comes from Canada) to stop the dry bm's.
