P&B shakes/BH cleanses - MP? I'm not sure but....

I am not sure whether the hard rubbery stuff is mucoid plaque. Psyllium can expand up to 40 times its size when mixed with water and clay will draw out toxins and impacted matter of the colon, so to me it is possible that the main bulk of the rubbery stuff could be the psyllium and clay, but when people are continuously constipated or not having proper or full eliminations then I do believe that the bowel walls can become encrusted with faecal matter & old mucous which could be however many centimetres thick, which is why some people can't cut it with a knife.

My P&B shakes produced dark heavy green/black bms which was definately old impacted matter - it smelt and looked like nothing I have seen before. When I did the BH cleanse and I had soft jellyish ropes coming out that were the length and shape of my large intestines on a daily basis. The ropes were coated and embedded with very old matter, hard mucous and unidentified objects but could be seperated easily (no need for a knife).

I had no food or drink except the shakes and some veg juice and lost about 10lbs (which has remained off) in the five days and for the first time my uppers abdominal/large intestinal area was almost flat and has remained so - this didnt happen when I was previously fasting on just juices (without the shakes), where I lost half the amount of weight and still had a 'big belly'.

So the BH cleanse did pull a lot of impacted and old stuff of my bowel walls and I feel a lot better and healthier for doing the cleanse and would recommend it to someone who is suffering like I was e.g. large/heavy stomach area, constipating, small threaded bm's, slow transit times and sluggishness.
