hi im using the Oxypowder which i would recomend but this is the only 1 ive tried. im debating against this one and colonix. i wouldnt recommend the cheaper version just because of the thorough info given on Oxypowder web site. it states to watch out for others stating that there products use an oxygen basd...go to Oxypowder .com and read all info given...the liquid runs is not so bad its really only in the morning when you wake if you take previous evening.its not uncontrollable for me and i consider myself to be a good candidate because my normal bowel movements are 1-2 every 2 weeks(i know im clogged).
