Just wanted to let you know, about the Acne thing, My sons had real bad Acne until i started using flax oil in a smoothie every morning for each of them. Sometimes a person will get Acne because of the lack of Omega 3's. Walnuts, salmon, (not farmed)
omega 3 enriched eggs and Flax all have omega 3's. They are essential vitamins that you can only get from foods. MUST HAVE MUST HAVE!!!!
