I decided to start real slow, based on the fact I have major food sensivities. I thought raw garlic cloves would be a good way to ease into a detox process without having maximum die off. Still I was expectig a bit of discomfort, gas, whatever.
It is my second day, one clove a day. The first day, I felt quite good but I was bloated in a major way. Today, I feel full of energy with very little bloating.
This morning, I saw little things looking like grains of rice.
Anyway, I am going to add pumpkin seeds and virgin coconut oil to my diet. If everything goes well, I will graduate to one of the para-stuff.
Anyway, I feel really good, better than when I started this mild program.
