You'd be soo surprised if you knew how many people have posted the same question! I also get them in my stools as well!

Some were black- then in one bowel movement, some are light brown.

I got alot of tan ones right before I passed stones in a liver flush.

It seems that when I eat alot of pineapple or citrus- and purely raw diet , I get them the next morning I understand that they are newly hatched parasite eggs. I assumed they were from fluke worms.

It is a good sign when you pass them ! Tweet
